Jennifer (Jenna) Albanus

About Me

I found my spark standing off stage, smiling as I observe the crowd cheering as the performer takes their bow. Growing up, I was constantly surrounded by music and performing arts. While on my own music journey,  I realized that my passion wasn't for performing, but to be one of the people who help others shine. I draw passion from the interaction between artists and audiences. One day, I hope to work as a Production Manager, creating shows, festivals, and events where performers thrive, and audiences feel positively impacted.

My passion led me to Full Sail University. About twice a week, students take lead roles, putting on productions for outside bands. One role I feel called to is Production Manager. In that position, I support both the bands and my classmates by listening to the artists’ needs and coordinating before and during show with student leaders. My goal is to positively impact my fellow students, encouraging them to shine in their own roles, while we all work to help the artist shine on stage.

As I pursue my bachelor's in Live Event Production, I pride myself on my willingness to learn and grow. Each day, I further my skills in management and communication. I actively use Adobe Express, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and Canva to build documents. In the future, I hope to take the Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) Certification, but for now, I’m focused on becoming someone artists and crews can rely on to keep productions running smoothly.
